We want the Software to earn its keep on real work. This page explains how to try before you buy, and how refunds work if a purchase isn't right for you.
Try before you buy
Corpus Chronology offers a free trial period, so you can confirm it fits your workflow before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the software is right for you.
Refunds on purchases
If you purchase the Software and it isn't working out, contact us within [refund window — e.g. 14 days] of your purchase and we'll issue a refund. We'd also genuinely like to hear what fell short, so we can improve.
Corpus Chronology onboarding
Corpus Chronology purchases include guided onboarding. If you've completed a guided onboarding session and later request a refund, we may account for the value of that dedicated time — but our aim is always to leave you satisfied, so talk to us.
How to request a refund
Reach out through the contact form with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are returned through the original payment method via our payment processor, and can take a few business days to appear.
