Findings
Multiplanar MRI of the lumbar spine was performed without contrast.
L3–L4: Mild disc desiccation. No significant central canal narrowing.
L4–L5: 4 mm posterior disc protrusion contacting the left L5 nerve root.
Vertebral body heights and alignment are preserved. No acute fracture is identified.

Bring in large, mixed collections — PDFs, scans, discovery, exhibits — and work through them in one searchable workspace, with OCR for scanned pages.
